To keep up to date with important information and to access your child’s Stage 1 and Stage 2 scores, you will need to log into your South West Herts Consortium Parent Portal.

Online registration for the tests opens:
Monday 8th April 2024.

Registration closes:
Friday 14th June 2024.

Date of test venue notification:  
Friday 5th July 2024 (around noon).

Special Provision Notification: Friday 14th June 2024 at the latest.
If your child receives extra time or special intervention in class, you must contact the test administrator at enquiries@swhscregistrations.co.uk as soon as possible.

Music Aptitude Test first round:
Monday 9th September 2024.

First round music scores notified to parents:
Thursday 19th September 2024 (around noon).

Start of second round Music Tests:
Monday 23rd September to Friday 27th September 2024.

Second round scores notified to parents:
Wednesday 16th October (around noon).

Tuesday 20th Sept to Monday 26th Sept 2023 (not including Sat & Sun)

Second round scores notified to parents
Wednesday 19th October 2023 (around noon)
